I had some experience of cooperation with Bitmasters a couple of months ago. These guys assisted with mobile application development. They took all the development cycle but started not from the beginning. I want to admit that there were no issues with the team involved in the development process. They cover all the development cycle including backend development, frontend development, QA and Project Management. Bitmasters provided me with a development team for my project, I was impressed by a single point of contact with a development team. This person was also a Project manager for this project. In terms of transparency and communication, they were very thorough, provided numerous reports, and would update us every day on what they were working on through Slack. I also got development updates through GitHub. When it came to communication, they were amazing.
